Delivering During Disruption

Firstly, from myself and the rest of the Voice Project team, we would like to thank those who attended our Change Challenge Breakfast series across Sydney, Melbourne and Brisbane. We hope you enjoyed hearing Andrew Richardson, Kim Parish, and John Jensen from House with No Steps share the story of how they were able to achieve significant improvements for their workforce whilst responding to huge industry disruption and uncertainty in the disability services sector.

Presentations

We encourage you to listen to the presentation below by Kim Parish (Chief People Officer, House with No Steps) and Andrew Richardson (CEO, House with No Steps).

Andrew and Kim presented on their change journey and how they came to be the National Winner of our enterprise category award.
