Our work impacts not only our lives, but potentially the lives of all employees, stakeholders and the wider community. The Voice Project Change Challenge has recognised the highest performing organisations which have successfully heard and uplifted their levels of employee engagement. The Change Challenge helped encourage positive change in organisations by recognising the achievement of measurable and meaningful change at work.

  • In the Change Challenge, what mattered most was how much positive change an organisation achieved over time.

  • Voice Project announced annual awards for those organisations that achieved the greatest measurable change in work practices and outcomes.

  • Eligible Voice Project clients completed a repeat engagement survey.

  • Winners were selected for each organisation size bracket.

  • The Change Challenge has now been replaced by the new Change Champion Awards.
