Bridge Housing is a not-for-profit organisation tackling homelessness and housing insecurity by providing long-term accommodation for people on low to moderate income.

Since 2011, Bridge Housing has worked with Voice Project to undertake a proactive listening strategy in order to support an excellent workplace culture for its staff.  

CEO Rebecca Pinkstone says that conducting an annual employee engagement survey provides a consistent approach to understanding what is working well and where there are areas for improvement.

“Our organisation must provide the culture, the tools and the training our staff need to deliver the best service. To do this effectively means that you have to listen to your staff.” 

Bridge Housing’s commitment to using employee feedback to drive workplace improvements has seen the organisation grow from strength to strength.  In 2019, this commitment yielded exceptional results.  Employee satisfaction levels reached such high levels that Bridge Housing won a Best Workplace Award.
