At Voice Project's breakfast Dr Peter Langford and Andrew O’Keeffe explored how experiences of change and basic human instincts influence how people respond to change in the workplace. Dr Peter Langford is the founder and Director of Voice Project. Peter drew upon Voice Project’s research and consulting experiences to understand change management from the perspective of employees. His presentation examined how to generate change optimism and optimistic change leadership. Insights from this presentation will help organisations devise more employee-focused change strategies and leadership development programs that foster the attitudes and skills required to generate change optimism.
Andrew O’Keefe Director, Hardwired Humans
Andrew O’Keeffe is the Director of Hardwired Humans and helps organisations align their leadership practices to human instincts. Andrew is the author of Hardwired Humans and The Boss. Andrew’s background is in senior HR roles in IBM, Optus, Sinclair Knight Merz and Hewitt Associates. Andrew's presentation shares insights into basic human instincts and outlines a framework of 9 Essentials in how we lead change so that it’s easier, faster and more successful.
