Change Champion Awards
Our purpose at Voice Project is to improve organisations by giving people a voice. The Voice Project Change Champion Award recognises and celebrates transformational efforts that achieve real and positive change, improving the workplace for employees and supporting key organisational outcomes.
what is the change champion award?
The award recognises organisations that have achieved the greatest measurable change in work practices and outcomes in between engagement surveys.
An organisation’s initial survey results provide a good baseline measure, but what matters most is how much positive change is achieved over time.
Eligible Voice Project clients are those who have completed a repeat engagement survey (including a minimum of 30 benchmarkable questions) and who achieve a response rate greater than 50%.
Winners are selected within three categories, with the qualifying change in percentage of favourable employee responses appropriately adjusted for organisation size.
1. Enterprise category (organisations of 1,000 or more staff – achieving 3% change or higher).
2. Large category (organisations of 200-999 staff – achieving 5% change or higher).
3. Small-Medium category (organisations of less than 200 staff – achieving 8% change or higher).
Voice Project provides research-backed surveys that measure employee engagement, leadership capability and customer satisfaction. These state-of-the-art surveys help organisations get the best feedback to drive positive change. Voice Project works with organisations across the not-for profit, private and public sectors.
